Make sure you have charged it for more than 10 minutes.
The charger is plugged into a working outlet and connected to your laptop.
Can you borrow someone else's charger to see if that helps?
Maybe the screen is turned off. Are there any other lights showing?
Shut down. Hold down the Power On key for 10 LONG seconds, then re-power the laptop
Check if the cap lock is on.
Check if you’re using the proper username which is your lunch number ( student I.D)
Check if you’re using your password which is Sp+your birthdate (mmddyy).
Shut down. Hold down the Power On key for 10 LONG seconds, then re-power the laptop

Power off computer, hold down the Power On key for 10 LONG seconds, then restart and try one more time
Make sure modem / router is connected to working outlet and lights are flashing to indicate that it is on.
Restart your modem / router, wait a minute, and then restart your computer.

Get a Repair Code, which begins with T20201
Visit Mr. M, Tech Coordinator, in room 42 during period 1(a) or Crew for help.
