Accessing Email

SPS uses Microsoft Outlook for email. There are web versions and desktop versions of Outlook. Both include emails, calendars, and tasks.

To access your SPS Outlook email account:

1. Open the web browser and go to www.office.com or go to students.springfieldpublicschools.com and click on Office 365 in the top row.

2. If you are using a Springfield Public Schools’ computer, you should be automatically signed in.

3. If you see a page asking you to sign in type your username and password.

   1. Username: your Student ID number followed by @springfieldpublicschools.com (for example, 654321@springfieldpublicschools.com).

   2. Password: an uppercase letter S, a lowercase letter p, and your birthdate in mmddyy format (for example, Sp011512).
