Student/family calls the Student Help Desk. If the technicians cannot repair/fix the computer remotely, they will submit a laptop replacement request and a replacement code.
Students and parents who receive replacement codes should contact Mr. M and arrange to turn in the broken laptop and pick-up a replacement laptop during period 1(a) or Crew.
